every time I stay in this hotel my credit card guess double charge. and extra fees. it doesn't even make sense. I dislike that I have to call every time to get it fix.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good, hot, and complimentary with plenty of options. The pool area was clean. The location was favorable and unbeatable, close to a park, downtown, Mall of America, REI store, and a variety of dining options.

the interior of the rooms is dated and the bathroom fan in my first room was squeaky and load it could not be turned off so they moved me to another room which happened to be next door to my previous room and I could still hear the fan through wall. I decided to switch hotels at this point and got a better room at another hotel.

The rooms here are good, the complimentary breakfast is nice and hot, and the staff are always very helpful and friendly; the location is particularly convenient and there's a fantastic restaurant available.

The kids loved the pool and us adults enjoyed that the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was a nice variety for everyone which makes traveling so much easier.

The place was rather run down with exception of our room and the pool area. We had hair in the bedding and had to wait for a rather long time to get new bedding for the kids to go to bed since it was for the pullout couch where they slept.

The hotel was fairly clean with spotless rooms. The staff were polite. The hot breakfast was a nice touch. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept so comfortably. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this venue.

The room here is quite nice, with a balcony, bathrooms, and a comfy recliner or overstuffed chair; the location is fantastic and convenient, close to everything within walking distance.

The breakfast was nice hot and complimentary, it offered variety of tasty food. The hotel has particularly good and perfect location just off Woodbury and restaurants and shopping and huge REI store.

The Queen room is modern and comes with a clean bathroom. The friendly staff ensure that all guests have their needs met. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shopping, as well as downtown and the Mall of America.

We had the heat turned up to 70 and it never really got that warm. We kept feeling a cold draft all night long. I also didn't like the fact that we couldn't take our drinks back to the room, from Green Mill.

Our rooms with a balcony were great, the hotel was in a favorable location close to downtown and a restaurant, and near a hill.

fireplace by pool was nice touch.

the man on when we came in the evening was resistant in moving us to a different room closer to the pool since my granddaughter was with us. there was a fairly rowdy young man in the pool so my granddaughter was frightened to go in and swim.
